Carina Reidt
Regional Sales Manager

Ms. Reidt brings over five years of lodging industry experience to her position as Marin Management's southern California regional sales manager. She began her industry career after studying business export management at PUC University, Petropolis, Brazil, and languages in Bienne-Biel, Switzerland. She returned to Brazil to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism from Estacio University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, while working fulltime at the J.W. Marriott Hotel, Copacabana.

Later she earned her certification in English Studies at Harvard University and took positions with Marriott Hotels & Resorts in the U.S., including Marriott Marina del Rey, California. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Ms. Reidt is responsible for developing new accounts based in southern California for all MMI hotels.
